Important Conditions

Partial COD amount will not be refunded under any circumstances if the shipment is returned to origin (RTO) for any reason.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason.
Returns

We do not have a money refund policy.

Our policy does not allow you to exchange the product you ordered for a different product.

We do not accept returns of items once sold.

We only offer a one-time exchange.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size-related issues within 2 days of delivery.

Please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order if you wish to exchange due to a size issue.

If a customer wants to exchange for another product, they must pay:

₹50 shipping charge for one product.

₹100 shipping charge for more than one product.

For any exchange, the return courier charge will be borne by the customer.
Exchange Process

Contact our customer service team within 2 days of delivery to request an exchange due to a size issue.

We will provide you with the return address for the exchange.

Securely pack the item and ship it back to us at your own cost.

Please include a note with your name, order number, and the size required for exchange.
Shipping Cost
The customer is responsible for:

Return shipping charges.

Shipping charges for the exchanged product.
Delivery Timeline
Once we receive your order, it will be processed and delivered within 8–10 working days.
Inspection & Approval

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.

Exchange requests are inspected and approved within 2 days.

If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the correct size.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Items must be:

Unworn

Unwashed

In their original condition

With all tags attached
Only such items are eligible for exchange.
Order Cancellation
Physical Products

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
Refund Policy
